Gazania rigens ‘Pink’
A spreading trailing gazania that knits into a dense mat of silvery gray-green foliage, growing about 6 to 8 inches tall and spreading 18 to 24 inches or more. It performs best in full sun and is highly drought and heat tolerant once established, accepting lean, fast-draining soils with minimal irrigation. The daisy-like blooms open in soft pink across the warm season for a long display of color. Well suited to slopes and erosion control, parking strips, borders, and as a tough low water ground cover.
