Gazania rigens ‘Yellow’
A fast-spreading trailing gazania that develops a dense mat of silvery gray-green foliage, growing about 6 to 8 inches tall and spreading 18 to 24 inches or more. It favors full sun and is very drought and heat tolerant once established, succeeding in sandy or lean soils with only occasional water. Bright yellow daisy-like flowers appear through the warm months for a long, cheerful display. A workhorse for slopes and erosion control, parking strips, borders, and low water ground cover across sunny sites.
