Sedum rupestre ‘Angelina’
A vigorous, evergreen creeping stonecrop forming a dense mat 3 to 6 inches tall and spreading 1 to 2 feet, with fine needle-like foliage that holds a bright chartreuse to golden yellow and takes on amber to orange tones in cooler weather. It thrives in full sun with low water once established and tolerates poor, fast-draining soils. Small yellow star-shaped flowers appear in summer above the foliage. Excellent as a drought-tolerant lawn substitute, for slopes and erosion control, spilling over walls and parking strips, or tucked between pavers and along borders for year-round color.
