Lantana montevidensis ‘Lavender’
A vigorous trailing evergreen ground cover reaching about 1 to 2 feet tall with a spread of 3 to 6 feet, forming a dense weed suppressing mat. It performs best in full sun with low water needs and tolerates heat, drought, and poor soils once established. The species form bears its signature lavender to purple flower clusters over fine textured green foliage through the warm season, and beyond in frost free areas. Ideal for slopes, banks, erosion control, freeway and parking lot plantings, and cascading over walls.
