Sedum spurium ‘Tricolor’
A creeping, mat-forming stonecrop prized for variegated foliage marked in green, creamy white, and pink, brightest in full sun; it spreads 12 to 18 inches wide and stays 3 to 6 inches tall. It needs full sun to light shade, fast-draining soil, and only occasional water once established, tolerating heat and drought. Pink star-shaped flowers rise above the foliage in summer. Plant as a colorful ground cover and edging, between pavers and stepping stones, in rock gardens and containers, and on slopes for erosion control.
