Hedera helix ‘Needlepoint Variegated’
A variegated form of the fine-leaved Needlepoint ivy, carrying small, deeply lobed leaves edged and marbled in creamy white over green on trailing, self-rooting stems that spread two to three feet. It grows in part shade to filtered sun, where the variegation reads best, and prefers regular water; harsh full sun can scorch the lighter tissue. The bright foliage is the feature, making it useful for lighting up shaded ground-cover plantings, borders, raised beds, and cascading over walls and containers.
